We have been engaged by our client, a large international law firm to recruit an IP & Litigation Lawyer/Solicitor with minimum 3 years'+ PQE to join their highly recommended Intellectual Property team.
This is a great opportunity to work with high profile international clients and brands.
A key member of the IP team in Dublin but also part of the broader European IP practice you will get opportunities to work on cross jurisdictional matters.
This is a unique and unparalleled role in the Dublin market.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of 3 years PQE from a recognised/leading IP private practice firm
* Intellectual property and particularly in patent litigation
* life sciences sector experience desirable
* precedent setting patent litigation and related advisory work
* IP disputes including trademark infringement, passing-off, breach of confidential information and design right infringement
* deliver results for clients on their IP and litigation needs;
* working closely with colleagues in other jurisdictions on pan-European IP litigation;
