Job Description
The Professional Practices Group (PPG) in Audit Services is accountable for developing, maintaining, and enhancing audit methodology practices and driving the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP). This program includes the audit training initiative within the global Audit Services Department.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop high-quality technical training sessions on audit, soft skills, and other related topics for a global audience.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training through quality assurance reviews and collaborate in building training programs.
* Collaborate with corporate training teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
* Manage and update the Audit Services Learning and Development center.
* Deliver and enhance the New Joiners Training program.
* Support the delivery of high-quality, consistent, and risk-focused assurance work by executing quality assurance reviews in line with IIA Standards.
Requirements
* A confident presenter who can deliver consistent content addressing firm requirements.
* A passion for delivering training topics on audit and soft skills, as well as a desire for continual learning and development.
* Qualified ACA or CPA, CIA with an interest in technical and training matters.
* Previous experience in designing, delivering, and facilitating training sessions.
