Customer Success Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive customer adoption and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be a trusted advisor to senior revenue leaders to uncover business outcomes and map them to Gong value.
* Own overall customer relationships and drive engagement, adoption, and retention.
* Drive quarterly metrics around portfolio net growth, gross dollar retention, and multi-year renewals.
* Partner with implementation teams to ensure customers onboard successfully and achieve quick time-to-value.
* Work with account executives to secure retention and growth of customer portfolios through upsell and cross-sell motions.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of relevant work experience in B2B SaaS in a Customer Success, Account Management or Account Executive role.
* Experience prioritizing and managing a book of business and being accountable for quarterly metrics.
* Demonstrated background in developing and managing relationships and renewing contracts.
