Broadline Recruiters are seeking experienced Hospital Kitchen Porters to join their team in Dublin North. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in a hospital or nursing kitchen setting, or a high-volume commercial catering background.
Key Responsibilities:
* Main wash up area and heavy-duty pot wash
* General day-to-day cleaning of the kitchen
* Assisting chefs with daily tasks, including goods in and goods out, stock control, and deep cleaning
* Maintaining cleanliness throughout the day, including Crockery and cutlery, food preparation areas, and adhering to HACCP procedures
The role requires excellent English skills, adaptability to new environments, flexibility with working hours, and valid work permits for full-time employment in Ireland. This position offers a positive work environment, excellent pay rates according to the HSE Salary Scale, and premium pay on weekends.
