We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by providing expert guidance throughout their sales, service, and ownership journey.
* Welcome and support customers across various touchpoints.
* Provide detailed product knowledge on vehicles, technology, and aftersales services.
* Guide customers through features, connected services, and new model launches.
* Handle queries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution.
* Assist in vehicle handovers to ensure customers fully understand their car's features.
* Collect and share customer feedback to help enhance our dealership and brand experience.
* Support marketing and customer engagement events within the dealership.
* Maintain accurate records on our CRM system and follow up proactively with customers.
The ideal candidate must hold a clean Full driving licence, have previous experience in customer service or automotive retail, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be enthusiastic about cars and customer-centricity.
