In-House Accountant
Exciting Dual Opportunity with a Fleet & Leasing Company and a New Hospitality Brand. You'll be working alongside family members with a bookkeeper, in a warm environment. Choose when you work your 20-30 hour weekly, between 9am and 5pm.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated In-House Accountant to join two dynamic and growing businesses:
A busy fleet and leasing company with a strong reputation in the industry.
An innovative hospitality company that's bringing fresh energy and growth to the area of Naas.
This unique role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow within the two companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations across both businesses.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Process invoices, expenses, and payroll.
Handle VAT, tax returns, and compliance requirements.
Produce monthly management accounts and reports for leadership.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent), or QBE with experience.
Experience in managing accounts for SMEs.
Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, Sage, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage workload across two companies with efficiency and accuracy.
Proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
