About Your New Employer My client, a leading global asset management company is recruiting a Fund Accountant Assistant Manager (AVP) and Fund Accountant Manager (VP) for their growing PE department.
The role is based in central Dublin (Hybrid).
TheFund Accounting Assistant Manager (AVP) will with the Fund Accounting Manager (VP) manage a team in a high growth area of the client.
Both roles will be responsible for building relationships with key clients, and stakeholders with the Fund Accountant Manager taking a strategic role in leading the Fund Accounting department and projects related to operational efficiencies.
Candidates must have a strong level of understanding of Alternative fund structures and related investment types.
About Your New Job, you will be responsible for: Acting as a senior point of contact for clients.
Responsible for ensuring the deliver of NAVs.
Lead department initiatives & group projects as appropriate Manage resource planning of the team including partnering with other teams.
Train, coach and mentor new employees; develop and motivate staff within their team What skills You Need Fund Accountant Manager (VP) Base ranges from €90-€115K max depending on experience At least 7 years experience in Alternative funds, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Fund Accountant Assistant Manager (AVP) Base is €75K At least 5 years experience in Alternative funds, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Some experience in private markets is preferable.
