Deli Supervisor required for busy store in Dublin City Centre.
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with excellent communication skills who thrives on coaching, mentoring and leading a team to always challenge and better themselves.

Duties :
Responsible for overall performance and running of the Deli Night Shift.
Work with your Deli Manager and Store Manager to ensure standards are met.
Ensuring a culture of excellent customer service is maintained.
Planning and prioritising workloads and delegating accordingly.
Ensuring high store standards of cleanliness and compliance with health & safety.
Requirements :

Minimum two years deli supervisor experience.
