Project Cost Control Specialist
As a Project Cost Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of the project from inception to completion. This includes conducting site visits to validate progress and support contract administration.
* Preparation and review of cost estimates and tender documentation.
* Supporting the measurement and valuation of works.
* Cost control, reporting, and budgeting functions.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline with 13 years' experience in a similar role (graduates will also be considered). A full Irish driver's license is required as travel to sites may be necessary. The successful candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills as well as an eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
