Job Description:
At the forefront of quality assurance, you will be responsible for executing microbiological testing analysis on various samples, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective products to patients. Your role will play a pivotal part in advancing healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform microbiological testing analysis on finished drug product, in-process materials, stability samples, and environmental monitoring.
* Calibrate and utilize laboratory instrumentation.
* Document analytical results in a timely manner.
* Report and document non-conformances to the QC Manager.
* Assist in preparing and reviewing area documentation, including SOPs, reports, and protocols.
* Contribute to training other analysts.
Requirements:
Education and Qualifications:
* A third-level qualification in science, engineering, or an equivalent is preferred but not essential.
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
* Experience in quality control within a biotech, pharmaceutical, or bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is advantageous.
Preferred Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, Excel, Laboratory Information Management System, Access, and Trackwise
* GC OWNIT values alignment
* Adherence to HR policies
* Personal development plans following the 70:20:10 guidelines
* CI tools capability with M1 certification
* Proactive engagement with stakeholders
Work Environment:
This position requires working at an on-premise location in Ireland. You must be legally eligible to work in Ireland to be considered for this position.
