Job Description
Designing innovative digital solutions for complex mixed-signal ICs is at the heart of this role. As a Senior Digital Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing high-performance digital designs using advanced CMOS Fin FET processes.
Responsibilities:
* Implementing clock and data recovery algorithms in RTL design
* Developing adaptive digitally assisted control loops and advanced DSP designs for power-efficient channel equalization solutions
* Collaborating with the architecture team to understand proposed algorithms and provide feedback on design implementation
* Performing digital design verification to ensure basic design functionality prior to hand-off to the verification team
* Supporting the verification team in debugging identified issues and assisting with silicon bring-up and debug
* Creating clear design specifications and implementation documentation
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in RTL design methodologies, specification development, and design implementation
* Proficiency in modern digital ASIC methodologies, including verification, STA, signal integrity, DFT, synthesis, physical implementation, and tape-out experience in advanced foundry process technologies
* Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
