Fit-Out Site & Project Managers – Dublin
INFORM3 are recruiting for Fit-Out Site & Project Managers to work on offices, bars, restaurants and retail units across Dublin.
The successful candidates will join a specialist fit-out contractor that has been nominated and presented with countless awards for their top-quality projects.
The client is seeking candidates that are like minded with regarding to taking pride in their work and ensuring projects are finished to perfection.
Fit Out Site & Project Managers Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with the Contracts Manager
Direct and coordinate each site as per the project programme
Coordinate with the on-site construction team on a regular basis, ensuring all daily and weekly tasks are complete
Conduct progress meetings, measuring against deadlines
Regularly make record of site activities and progress with the site diary
Monitor and control all levels of workmanship
Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed
Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
Check machinery and equipment to ensure that it is fit for purpose
Record any accidents and report these to the relevant parties immediately
Alert the various site teams to client's specific requirements ensuring they expectations are surpassed
Attend and Chair Site Meetings
Fit-Out Site & Project Managers Specification:
Construction Management Degree / background
4 years plus experience in a similar role
Preferably from a Fit-Out / Joinery background
Able to manage and motivate
Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Full Driving License
