Onshore Business Intelligence Lead - Onshore PMO (E2025257)

The Opportunity
The successful candidate will support the Onshore PMO Head of Function by developing and leading a team responsible for onshore business intelligence and analytics. You will lead strategic projects aimed at simplifying reporting and storytelling of onshore business readiness and capital projects, engaging with the C-Suite, Government, and the Regulator across our complex programme.
This role involves implementing complex business processes related to sourcing, storing, transforming, consolidating, and analyzing data. You will drive business process improvements and collaborate with Business and IT teams in areas such as data modeling, analytics, reporting, and controls.
The Team
The Infrastructure office manages the development and delivery of power system and interconnection investment programmes. The Onshore PMO handles regulation, compliance, business operations, governance, and business intelligence, setting standards for onshore infrastructure and regulatory monitoring.
About You
* University degree in Business, IT, or related field with 10+ years relevant experience
* Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills
* Experience with data analytics tools, dashboards, and process change initiatives
* Proven leadership in business intelligence and complex programme management
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable
* Knowledge of the energy sector and infrastructure delivery
* Experience in regulated environments and with systems like Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics, Project Online
* Familiarity with procurement processes in public bodies
