About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing expert guidance on all aspects of employee relations, HR policies, and employment law. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice, while driving initiatives that support engagement, performance, and a positive workplace culture.The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex employee relations cases, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with managers and senior leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidanceLead and advise on complex employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management, investigations, etc.)Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly across the organisationSupport organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and workforce planningWork with leaders to identify and address training, development, and succession planning needsDrive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a high-performance cultureProvide coaching and support to managers to strengthen people management capabilityMonitor HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision makingCollaborate with the wider HR team to deliver on projects, policies, and compliance requirementsEnsure compliance with Irish employment legislation and industry best practiceQualifications & Skills5+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR roleStrong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practiceProven experience handling complex employee relations cases with confidence and professionalismExcellent stakeholder management, influencing, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on deliveryHighly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHR qualification or related degree (CIPD accreditation is desirable)BenefitsCompetitive salary (DOE)Company pension & healthcare schemeEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)Performance-based rewards & salary reviewsAdditional annual leave days with serviceOngoing professional development and career progression opportunities
