HR Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Support Specialist to join our team. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Human Resources department in all aspects of personnel management.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in office software and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and deliver onsite induction, ensuring tailored induction plans are in place.
* Support the HR department in managing labour planning and recruitment processes throughout the company.
* Liaise with department managers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in a HR Administrator or similar position within the hospitality sector.
* Strong technical and working knowledge of employment legislation.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organisation skills.
