RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE : Supply Chain Account Manager Responsibilities: - Drive optimal order coverage for partners to maximise revenue potential. - Influence partners in-stocks, ranging, and digital strategies. - Collaborate on demand planning and provide market insight to forecast consumer demand. - Accelerate accessory sell-through via order chase. - Maximise support to indirect Resellers via distributors DELIVERY ISSUE PREVENTION & MGT - Prompt resolution of delivery issues encountered by Reseller partners - Collaborate with Logistics to drive improved performance & self-serve from our Logistics Carriers - Ensure adherence of key Resellers' contractual requirements - Drive Speed initiatives to land NPI product within reduced SLAs - Identify and implement efficiencies through RPA, data science, and process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
* Proven experience as an account executive, Demand Analyst or Shared Services role
* You will need strong analytical abilities, and should be able to evaluate, analyse and present data to a broad audience
* Solution oriented analytical planning skills
* Strong work ethic, perseverance and flexibility
* Excellent social, influencing, commercial & organisational skills
* Meticulous attention to detail & ability to drive precise execution
* Practical & focused approach to problem solving and process improvement
