Duties
Maintain kitchen area: sweep/mop floors, steam clean or hose bins, empty bins when full.
Clean pots, pans, and other equipment; store them correctly and neatly.
Ensure kitchen equipment is in working order; report maintenance issues to the team leader and work with kitchen management to maintain hygiene and health & safety compliance.
Keep storeroom organized.
Unload food deliveries and equipment.
Cover afternoons and mornings for holidays.
