Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing store team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining exceptional store standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Manage, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve business objectives
* Maintain excellent shop floor presentation and ensure adequate stock levels are always maintained
* Consistently deliver excellent customer service and promote the Lidl brand
About You:
* A minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced retail environment is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team are essential
* A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines is necessary
* Flexibility to work varying shift patterns, including evenings and weekends is required
* A full driving license is desirable
