Compiling variation claims and maintaining schedules is a crucial aspect of this role. You will be responsible for preparing CVR reports, cost forecasting, subcontractor procurement and negotiation, and contractual correspondence with stakeholders.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
* 3+ years post-graduate experience in QS role
* Experience working on large-scale construction sites
* Valid working rights in Ireland
