Quality Manager
The Quality Manager will oversee internal process audits and analyses, drive quality performance data through communication, standard setting, and problem-solving.
* Manage and develop Quality Process Engineers and Technicians.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Optimize customer satisfaction and business profitability by ensuring Right First Time Design and monitoring quality gates for early failure detection.
* Educate staff and provide high-quality instructions for manufacturing processes.
* Eliminate quality failures through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Key Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management or Engineering.
* Prior experience in Lean or Six Sigma is beneficial.
* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior quality role within a manufacturing environment.
* A proven track record of delivering results through collaborative process improvements.
* Expertise in quality management systems, methodologies, and standards, including Six Sigma and Lean.
