TechHeads is partnering with a growing Irish organisation to hire an IT Support Lead. This is a permanent role where you’ll lead the IT helpdesk, manage escalations, and support the engineering team in a hands‑on, collaborative environment, offering real ownership of service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong IT support experience, some leadership exposure, and a solid understanding of ITIL. You’ll oversee SLA performance, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement across end‑user and business systems, allowing you to balance technical work with team and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll be joining a people‑focused company that supports progression and flexible working, offering excellent work‑life balance. The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days per week onsite across multiple Dublin office locations.
Required Experience
5+ years’ experience in IT support, with exposure to senior or team lead responsibilities
Proven ability to take ownership of a service desk and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong technical experience across end‑user support, business applications, and core systems
Experience working with ITIL processes, including incident and change management
Strong communication skills with experience engaging both teams and stakeholders
Hold a full Irish driving licence and have own transport.
