Job Title: Account Executive
As an Account Executive in the Sales team, your main objective will be to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Proactively creating and maintaining relationships to build new business opportunities with independent retailers and small retail groups, primarily within Ireland, with support in the UK region.
2. Leveraging prospecting techniques and resources to uncover new contacts and business opportunities to drive growth.
3. Supporting our Key Account Strategies across the region by visiting and building relationships with retailers as the key contact on the ground.
4. Developing excellent relationships with key partners, collaborating with their Business Development teams to achieve regional business objectives.
5. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Business Admin, Project Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure a customer-first approach throughout the sales cycle.
6. Presenting value and ROI as part of clients' digital transformation journey with Vusion.
7. Assisting marketing teams in developing business cases, communications, and customer stories.
8. Setting up meetings with business development representatives, partners, and prospects to expand your network.
9. Preparing and delivering engaging presentations on our products and services.
10. Representing the company at exhibitions and conferences.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or a related discipline.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role selling complex hardware and software solutions, preferably in retail.
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and account management goals.
* Knowledge of the retail industry is an asset.
* Ability to understand client needs and add value.
* High personal drive and proactive work methods.
* Good negotiation skills.
* Ability to prioritize strategic tasks.
* Full driver’s license is mandatory due to travel requirements across Ireland.
