Experienced Skilled Groundworker required for a residential development.
Requirements:
Must have over 5+ years experience, This is Essential.
Proven experience in all aspects of groundworks, pipelaying, concrete finishing, preparing floors, working alongside machines and all aspects of Groundworks.
Competency with relevant tools and machinery.
Strong understanding of site safety regulations.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Valid Safe Pass Required
Valid Manual Handling Required
Full PPE required
Own Transport is essential.
Must be able to take direction as will be working as part of a team.
Rate of Pay depending on experience.
