WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As Accounts Payable and Payroll Administrator, you will take responsibility for all admin relating to accounts payable & payroll while assisting with other accounts administration duties. This position operates within a very busy manufacturing environment and reports to the Accounts and Payroll Manager. This role is to cover an absence for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all aspects of T&A System and Payroll processing.
* Administration of payroll reporting, such as tax returns, reconciliations, and addressing employee payroll inquiries.
* Processing high volumes of Accounts Payable Invoices and Credit notes accurately in a multi-currency and multi company environment.
* Ensuring the correct VAT treatment for invoices across multiple Countries.
* Liaising with all levels of the organisation to follow up on account payable queries
* Contact Person for queries on the ERP system
* Perform regular bank reconciliations and contribute to ad-hoc reporting or administrative tasks as needed.
* Ad hoc Admin Duties as required.

Relevant Experience

· Experience in accounts payable and payroll is an advantage, but training will be provided

· Excellent PC skills.

· Strong Verbal & Communication Skills

· Excellent Attention to detail.

· Experience in a manufacturing environment and an ERP System is an advantage.

Contract length: 12 months
