Project Coordination Specialist
The role of a Project Coordination Specialist is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of projects from initiation to closure. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist project managers in launching and establishing projects.
* Monitor projects throughout their entire life cycle, identifying potential roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies.
* Provide administrative and coordination assistance for stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
* Compile regular portfolio status reports for interdisciplinary assessment, highlighting project progress and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with project managers to create and sustain overarching project schedules, identifying conflicts with other projects within the portfolio.
* Implement prudent risk and issue management strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
* Manage Actions/Risk and Decision logs, maintaining accurate records of project milestones and achievements.
* Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in project delivery, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
* Assist with any controlled changes required for projects, including scope and milestones.
* Facilitate Team meetings and promote cross-functional collaboration, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
* Develop and oversee the GMP change control process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate with resource managers from various departments to efficiently acquire and allocate resources for project completion.
* Ensure adherence to cGMP standards, upholding safety and compliance standards to the highest degree.
* Maintain financial compliance according to Business & Financial guidelines.
Requirements:
* Technical Degree or equivalent.
* Experience in a Life Science / Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology Environment is essential.
* Preferred Experience: Project Engineering & Management, Aseptic Filling Line Operations, MES/EMBR, Validation, Greenfield / Brownfield start up.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
