Role Purpose: We are seeking an experience Product Governance Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong business relationships with Senior Management and key stakeholders.
Your primary focus will be to ensure comprehensive understanding, interpretation, and application of regulatory expectations related to product governance obligations.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Senior Management and stakeholders to support the business in meeting regulatory expectations.
Assist in the assessment and approval process for proposed new products and changes to existing products through the Product Governance Committee.
Embed product governance principles and practices within the business.
Develop and deliver training on relevant processes to enhance understanding and compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Information Requests, FVAs, Product Reviews/Approvals, Distribution Impact Assessments, and other related activities as directed by Senior Management.
Skills and Experience Required: Strong knowledge of regulatory expectations regarding Product Governance, Consumer Duty
