The Customer Operations Account Manager plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction while balancing demand, supply, and inventory performance.
You will act as the primary operational interface for assigned customer accounts, managing supply chain execution across the full product lifecycle while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and external customers.
This role requires strong analytical capability, customer-facing confidence, and the ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.
