Overview
Diatom Technologies is seeking a
Group Finance Business SME / Business Analyst
to support the
RDARR Programme
, delivering key compliance artefacts aligned to
BCBS239
principles.
Key Responsibilities
* Work under Group Finance direction to
decompose Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and reports to data-element level
* Capture high-level processes
and develop
end-to-end data lineage flow
diagrams
* Engage SMEs and business data owners to define
data quality and profiling rules
* Identify and document limitations
and
process controls
in line with
BCBS239-compliant
standards
Must-Have Experience
* Previous experience or strong familiarity with Bank of Ireland (BOI) Group Finance and Group Performance Reporting
procedures, regulatory reporting returns, and associated tooling
* Demonstrated knowledge of
BCBS239
(risk data aggregation, reporting accuracy/completeness, lineage, controls)
* Proven ability to work with cross-functional SMEs and data owners in a regulated banking environment
Nice to Have
* Experience with agile tooling such as
JIRA
and
Confluence
(beneficial, not essential)
