This remote, part-time contract role serves as a critical quality assurance checkpoint for AI model development. You will act as a meticulous auditor of AI-generated content, applying strict rubrics to grade responses for helpfulness, safety, and instructional compliance. Your work will directly identify performance gaps and ensure the model delivers high-value, error-free interactions.Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed quality assurance reviews on AI-generated text, grading outputs against complex multi-point rubrics.Identify and categorize specific types of errors, such as formatting issues, failure to follow negative constraints, or subtle safety violations.Compare model outputs side-by-side to determine which response best aligns with user intent and quality standards.Provide clear, actionable written feedback explaining why a specific response failed a quality check to facilitate model correction.Monitor for and flag recurring patterns of low-quality outputs or bias to help refine global training guidelines.Qualifications:Prior experience in Content QA, Editing, Proofreading, or Data Annotation is highly preferred.Exceptional eye for detail; you can spot a missing Oxford comma or a slight deviation from instructions instantly.Ability to internalize and apply complex style guides and grading rubrics strictly and consistently.Strong analytical skills to objectively evaluate content without inserting personal preference unless requested.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.Compensation and Benefits:Rate: Earn up to $18 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).Flexibility: 100% remote with no fixed schedule.
