Job descriptionTemple Recruitment is looking for HGV Mechanics for one of our clients in Navan.HGV MECHANICDuties and ResponsibilitiesOverhaul of transmission, axle and driveline productsMaintain, repair and service of HGV PSV & O/H VehiclesChassis diagnostics and repair both in house and off-siteAbility to work to OEM standard guide timesTo adhere to correct working proceduresTo complete all job related paperwork in line with company proceduresTo participate in training and development programmes as required by the companyTo undertake any other duties or activities as requiredRole RequirementsMust have completed recognised Mechanical apprenticeship, post apprenticeship experience an advantage but not essentialComputer literateExperience in electrics and computer based diagnostics work is very preferentialFull clean driving licenceFluent in English, both spoken and writtenStrong attention to detail, ability to work without supervision, using your own initiative or within a team and ability to work accurately and efficiently under challenging time constraintsReliableAbility to travel to sites throughout the country including Northern IrelandPrevious experience on HGV, PSV & O/H chassis a distinct advantageHGV/PSV licence an advantageBenefitsFull time permanent positionCompetitive salary22 days annual leaveTool AllowanceWorkwear ProvidedCompany PensionOn Site Parking€52,728Job Type: Full-timePay: €52,000.00-€53,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
