Electricity Distribution Network Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Electricity Distribution Network Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in power system evaluation and customer connection handling.
The role involves performing comprehensive assessments of electrical distribution networks to ensure efficient and reliable operation. You will use industry-standard power flow analysis tools to evaluate the effects of renewable integration, flexible loads, customer demand connections, and reinforcement strategies on network performance.
You will also manage end-to-end processing of grid connection requests, providing timely and clear responses to customer inquiries about proposed connection solutions. Additionally, you will take the lead on innovative planning and infrastructure development projects, overseeing all stages from early concept and feasibility through to successful delivery and implementation.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 2 to 5 years' work experience in engineering. They will possess strong technical capability, excellent communication and report writing skills, and analytical decision-making skills with an innovative approach to problem solving.
