Job Summary:
As a corporate administration manager, you will play a key role in leading our dynamic team, overseeing complex business operations and delivering exceptional executive support services.
This highly visible role offers the chance to lead on compliance, governance, and project management while contributing to business development and departmental growth. You will work closely with clients and cross-departmental initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support Services: Provide top-class administrative support to a portfolio of clients, supporting the global network in delivering executive secretarial services.
Lead business transactions, including restructuring, mergers, share capital restructuring, redemptions, and dividend access shares. Ensure compliance for corporate clients.
Correspond with registration offices and clients regarding business filings.
Team Leadership & Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop trainee team members, leading projects and collaborating with managers, directors, and partners across departments.
Support smooth department operations, including billing, risk management, transformation, and recruitment, driving department growth and contributing to winning new business opportunities.
Business Development & Client Management: Attend client meetings, maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, and generate business growth.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and governance developments.
Operational Excellence: Work independently on projects with excellent time management, applying strong analytical, logical thinking, and project management skills.
Leverage IT skills, including MS Office and software (e.g., company secretary).
