Senior Nursing Leadership Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the nursing function within our organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, managing day-to-day clinical practices, appropriate staff rostering, delegation and supervision, performance and development, clinical governance and assessment of risks.
* Qualified RGN with at least 3+ years' experience in aged care (within the last 6 years)
* Post registration management qualification in health or a related field
* No less than 3 years' experience in a management capacity in the health and social care area
* Registered on the NMBI live register
* Proven track record in healthcare clinical management
* Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the nursing team to achieve high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement effective clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
