About Our Reservation Team
We are seeking a professional Hospitality Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic Customer Contact Centre team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls from hotel guests and assist with new and existing reservations by providing detailed information on hotel facilities, amenities, and services.
* Accurately manage reservations in the Property Management System (PMS).
* Process cancellations, amendments, and special requests efficiently.
* Log all calls and correspondence accurately.
* Achieve individual performance targets by providing exceptional customer service and upselling additional services.
* Manage email correspondence and administrative tasks while staying up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales or customer service environment.
* Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
* Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
* Knowledge of Irish geography beneficial.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel or booking systems an advantage.
