Job Opportunity: Chef de Partie
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our high-end culinary team in County Clare. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and ambitious individual to contribute to the success of our luxury property.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard, collaborating with senior chefs on daily ordering and supplier communications, and assisting in menu innovation and cost-effective kitchen operations.
* Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard within your designated section
* Collaborate with senior chefs on daily ordering, pricing, and supplier communications
* Help minimize food waste and contribute to cost-effective kitchen operations
* Train and guide junior staff in line with the expectations of a skilled Chef de Partie
* Assist in recipe development, food tastings, and menu costings for all hotel outlets
* Maintain excellent hygiene standards and complete HACCP records accurately
* Monitor kitchen equipment and report any faults immediately
Requirements:
* Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or fine dining environment
* Strong cooking, presentation, and organisational skills
* Banqueting or multi-outlet kitchen experience is an advantage
* A passion for quality, creativity, and continuous development
* Knowledge of HACCP and safe working practices
* Team-oriented attitude and a desire to contribute to a thriving kitchen
