Key Responsibilities
* Team leadership: Supervise accommodation staff, manage rosters, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
* Quality control: Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas, address maintenance issues, and uphold 4‑star standards.
* Guest satisfaction: Resolve complaints promptly and maintain effective communication with front office and reception teams.
* Budget management: Oversee payroll, linen/cleaning supplies inventory, and cost control measures.
* Training: Develop staff skills through coaching and performance reviews.
Requirements
* 3‑5 years' experience in an Ireland 4/5‑Star Hotel.
* Proven experience in hotel accommodation management (4‑star/5‑star preferred).
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
* Knowledge of health/safety regulations and hospitality best practices.
