Sulzer Wexford is looking for a Project Engineer that is product development focused, giving you responsibility from concept through to prototype, testing, and successful product introduction.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead end‑to‑end product development projects using best‑practice project management methods.
Design and develop new products, primarily submersible pumps and agitators — translating requirements into high‑performance, high‑reliability solutions.
Oversee the build, test, and validation of prototypes, including detailed reporting, interpretation, and analysis of results.
Support smooth introduction of new products into manufacturing and global markets.
Act as the point of contact, collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure engineering, quality, and commercial alignment.
Who will succeed here?
You will hold a formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
Someone able to translate requirements into practical, innovative product solutions.
A hands‑on problem solver with experience in testing, analysis, and validation.
A confident communicator comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
