Your roleReporting to the Operations Compliance Manager, you will have a key role in supporting the Aer Lingus operations compliance monitoring program to verify the continued validity and safe operations within the scope of the organisations approvals. Aer Lingus operates an independent Compliance Monitoring System which monitors compliance with all regulatory requirements of EASA and the IAA, and the operational standards from the IOSA program (IATA Operational Safety Audit). The compliance monitoring program monitors all operational areas and any associated contracted and sub-contracted activities.ContextUnder EU regulation 965/2012, 1178/2011 & 1321/2014 the organisation appoints a Compliance Monitoring Manager who reports directly to the Accountable Manager.
