The Dublin team specialises in life and non‑life business consulting and audit, working closely with UK and European teams on multidisciplinary engagements.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery and management of actuarial and multidisciplinary projects, fostering client relationships and guiding the internal EY team.
Oversee the production of client deliverables with a focus on quality and teamwork, while managing and developing junior colleagues.
Drive research and development to support technical excellence, adopt an account‑management mindset, identify client needs, and promote EY strategy, services and values.
Confidently lead client interactions and build a strong market profile.
Participate across assurance and business consulting practices, expanding the EY network through multidisciplinary projects.

Technical Skills
Qualified Actuary with a minimum of 8 years of post‑qualification experience and over 10 years total experience in non‑life insurance/reinsurance or non‑life consultancy, preferably with IFRS 17 or related experience.
Excellent technical and analytical skills.
Experience with non‑life actuarial software (e.g., RESQ, WinRes, Arius).
Awareness of and interest in challenges facing the non‑life insurance industry.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in at least two of the following areas: IFRS 17, Solvency II, Financial reporting, Capital and Risk Management.
