We're hiring an organised, detail-drivenMarketing Coordinator & Planning Managerto support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for a high-profile global tech brand.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with solid campaign coordination skills and experience managing creative workflows, media planning, and marketing budgets.
?What you'll be doing: Coordinating B2B media campaigns and partnering with agencies to optimise performanceManaging timelines, tracking deliverables, and keeping campaigns running on scheduleSupporting marketing partnerships and ensuring tracking, reporting and attribution are in placeLiaising with finance and procurement to monitor marketing budgets and ensure vendor payment accuracyWorking with content and social teams to support organic strategies and lead generation activitiesCollaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns and track results.?What you'll bring: 4–5 years' experience in a marketing team or agency environmentProven experience in marketing coordination or project managementStrong understanding of media planning and creative asset deliveryBudget tracking and marketing ops experienceConfident communicator and natural organiser — great with managing stakeholders and multiple moving partsFamiliar with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or similar?
