Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring teams to develop resourcing plans and recruitment strategies.
* Manage multiple recruitment campaigns across various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
* Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and oversee the selection process.
* Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
* Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
Requirements

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
