We are seeking an experienced and organised Accreditation Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our Accreditation Department during a maternity leave period.16-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)Location: Dún Laoghaire, Co. DublinHybrid : 2/3 days onsite, remaining wfhSalary: €42,629 per annum ( no negotiation)Reports to: Head of Innovation & DevelopmentApplication Deadline: Midday, 20th February 2026, one round onsite interview the following weekIdeal Start Date: ASAP (to facilitate full handover)This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, integrity, and continuous improvement of accreditation systems for:Individual TherapistsSupervisorsTraining CoursesThe successful candidate will manage a high volume of applications, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with policies, and lead a small, dedicated team.This role would particularly suit a candidate with strong people management experience and/or knowledge of education, accreditation, or regulatory environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLine manage 3 direct reports:Conduct performance reviews and manage leave requestsMonitor team performance, delegate tasks, and provide hands-on supportAssist with team training and developmentAccreditation & Membership OversightOversee the day-to-day administration of accreditation systemsProcess and clear applications for individual and course accreditationConfirm applicant eligibility for membershipVerify Supervisor Report FormsMaintain and update accurate member records using Salesforce CRMEnsure procedures are correctly followed and updated in line with policyCommittee & Governance SupportPrepare documentation for Accreditation, Supervision, CPD Committees and SFOCAttend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actionsLiaise with Course AssessorsSupport Supervisor Forum Organising Committee eventsCoordinate the Accreditation CeremonyCompliance & Quality AssuranceLiaise with the external Data Protection Officer (DPO) serviceOversee DPO-related responsibilities internallyImprove quality assurance processesContribute to updates of accreditation criteria, forms, and policyStakeholder EngagementProvide accurate and timely guidance to members, supervisors, and course providersHandle professional category enquiries and related correspondenceBuild and maintain effective working relationshipsRepresent the organisation at events as requiredPerson Specification Essential RequirementsRelevant third-level qualificationLine management experienceMinimum 3 years' experience in an administrative or regulatory roleExperience preparing agendas, facilitating meetings, and taking minutesKnowledge of the education and/or accreditation sectorExperience using Salesforce or another CRM systemExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and prioritisation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & OutlookExperience working with volunteersHighly motivated self-starter with initiativeCalm, confident, and professional mannerAbility to work independentlyPlease reach out to Anne Marie in Lex Consultancy today for a confidential chat.
