As our patient base continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Paediatric Dentist to join our expanding team and support our younger patients.
Role Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Paediatric Dentist to provide expert care to infants, children, and adolescents. The ideal candidate will combine clinical excellence with a warm, patient-centered approach, ensuring positive dental experiences and long-term oral health for our young patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and treatments for children of all ages.
* Provide preventative and restorative dental care, including behaviour management and minimally invasive techniques.
* Develop individualised treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
* Deliver care in a patient-friendly manner that promotes comfort and reduces anxiety.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding treatment options, home care, and preventative strategies.
* Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Requirements
* Recognised Dental Degree and full registration with the Irish Dental Council.
* Postgraduate qualification or specialised training in Paediatric Dentistry (essential).
* Minimum of 2–3 years' clinical experience working with children.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, empathetic approach.
* Strong ethical values and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
