Employee Relations Lead - Limerick
Are you an experienced Employee Relations/Industrial Relations professional looking for your next interim challenge?
I am working in partnership with an organisation seeking a dynamic ER/IR Lead to support their HR function during a key transitional period.
The role:
As the ER Lead, you will play a critical role in managing and resolving employee and industrial relations matters. You will work closely with senior leadership, HR colleagues, and trade union representatives to provide advice, drive consistency, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
The main responsibilities:
* Lead on complex ER/IR casework, including grievances, disciplinaries, and disputes
* Advise managers and HR teams on employee relations best practices and legal frameworks
* Partner with trade unions and staff associations to maintain constructive relationships
* Support organisational change initiatives from an ER/IR perspective
* Provide guidance and training on ER/IR issues across the organisation
The ideal candidate:
* Proven experience in a ER/IR role.
* Working knowledge of ROI employment law and trade union engagement.
