About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quality Control Analyst to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a key member of our manufacturing excellence team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of large-scale biotech operations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional projects and problem-solving teams for troubleshooting and investigations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
* Demonstrate expertise in protein chemistry and analytical techniques, including HPLC, CE, and protein biochemistry, to drive process improvements and quality enhancements.
* Perform laboratory experiments to develop and validate new methods, optimize existing processes, and troubleshoot complex issues.
* Collaborate with colleagues to drive continuous improvement initiatives, including method optimization, process validation, and training programs.
* Prepare detailed documentation associated with projects, adhering to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and site procedures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science.
* Significant industry experience working with chemistry techniques in a QC/Analytical role, with a strong understanding of protein chemistry and analytical techniques.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
