Ensures go-live matches their analysis Essential Experience Required 8+ years as a Senior Business Analyst Strong experience in: Supporting Target Operating Model design Process mapping (BPMN, L2L4 or similar) Transformation / insourcing programmes Strong grounding in BABOK or equivalent BA methodologies, Agile etc Experience in process digitisation/automation initiatives An EU passport or Stamp 4 essential. Desirable Familiarity with APQC Process Classification Framework (PCF). Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma. Exposure to financial services. Exposure to AI / RPA / SaaS-led operating models. Experience in regulated environments (e.g. asset management, client reporting, fund services). Key Responsibilities Document current-state processes, workflows, and service model processes (L2L4). Assess external provider models and capture data flows, controls, and dependencies. Support the design of a future-state Target Operating Model (processes, governance, RACI, controls). Perform gap analysis and define transition/remediation roadmap. Re-engineer processes for automation-first, STP, and exception-based handling. Identify opportunities for AI, RPA, and workflow automation. Define structured business and data requirements (BRD/FRD, mappings, integrations). Support solution design, testing (UAT), and implementation. Engage across Business, Operations, Data, third parties and Technology stakeholders. Outcome Focus Support the delivery of a clear, audit-ready Target Operating Model.
