Community Manager Position
This is a part-time role for an 11-month period in Dublin City Centre, where you will be working with a team of four. Your primary responsibilities will include community moderation and engagement.
* Monitoring and responding to member posts, questions, and discussions daily.
* Driving engagement through initiatives like monthly competitions, member spotlights, and interviews.
* Supporting and liaising with local language user groups and community moderators.
Main Responsibilities
* Planning, executing, and hosting virtual community events.
* Assisting in developing and managing internal ambassador and champion programmes.
* Supporting the development and execution of the community content strategy.
* Creating and publishing engaging, high-quality content tailored to community interests and needs.
Requirements
* 3+ years' experience in community management, digital marketing, or programme management.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven track record in planning and delivering online events.
* A customer-first mindset and excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
* Prior experience moderating online communities or social platforms.
* Familiarity with sales teams or SaaS industry environments.
