Description
Our team consists of talented individuals passionate about AIML and optimizing Apple services. As part of the Data Operations team, you'll play a key role in enhancing the user experience by annotating and evaluating both audio and visual data from customers enrolled in our grading program. Using your language and cultural knowledge, along with analytical skills, you'll assess responses against guidelines. Flexibility and task prioritization are essential in our fast-paced, technology-driven environment. We focus on the user experience, leveraging customer insights for continuous improvement. This role requires working Monday through Friday, with hours starting between 7 am-9 am and ending between 4 pm-6 pm local time, with scheduling flexibility based on business needs. Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in Danish reading, writing, and comprehension to support the local market
- Fluency in English reading, writing, and comprehension for collaboration with international teams
- Excellent active listening skills with an understanding of verbal nuances
- Knowledge of the local region and cultural variations
- Strong integrity and focus on customer privacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Attention to detail and critical thinking in evaluating language and dialect
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to independently navigate systems and tools
- Experience in content review or similar environments; prior testing experience is a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workflows and responsibilities
- Team-oriented with openness to feedback and shared expertise
- Ability to work independently, make timely decisions, and take appropriate actions
- Experience as an end user of Siri or similar AI assistants
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets within tight deadlines
- Skill in identifying business process improvements for efficiency
- Capacity to maintain focus and high performance on large volumes of tasks
- Comfort working with sensitive or offensive safety data
- Thrives in repetitive tasks and ambiguous situations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
