We are looking for an experienced carpentry foreman to join our team in Dublin, Meath, Wicklow, and Kildare.
Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and support carpentry teams on-site
Oversee daily site operations for all attic conversion works
Ensure projects are completed to a high standard, on schedule, and within budget
Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and other trades
Maintain a safe, organised, and compliant work environment
Read, understand, and implement architectural drawings and plans
Requirements:
Fully qualified carpenter with extensive on-site experience
Prior experience as a foreman or site lead (attic conversions or residential renovations an advantage)
Strong understanding of building regulations and construction best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Full, clean driving licence
