Lead Housekeeping Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will have the ability to maintain high standards and lead your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing, scheduling and developing a large dedicated housekeeping team
* Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards around the property, including rooms and public areas
* Monitoring the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel, including the conference suite and leisure facilities
* Liaising with the Maintenance department to ensure consistently high hotel standards
You will also be required to:
* Delegate tasks to housekeeping employees
* Develop employees to be ready for the next step in their careers
* Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations both internally and externally
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in managing payroll and budgets
* Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
* A good project manager with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Accommodation standards management and front-of-house experience
